1. What types of clothing do you offer?

We offer a wide range of clothing for men, women,  — from casual to formal wear, ethnic styles, and more.

2. Do you have a size chart?

Yes! Every product page includes a size chart to help you find the perfect fit. Contact us if you need help choosing. The Size chat will look something like this.

 

3. How do I place an order?

Choose your product, select the size and color, click “Add to Cart,” and proceed to checkout.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept COD(Cash on delivery ), credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay etc).

5. How long does shipping take?

Delivery usually takes 7–9 business days, depending on your location. Tracking details will be shared once shipped.

6. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding to international locations soon!

7. Can I return or exchange my order?

No, For return Read FAQs 9. Items must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags.

8. How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also use the "Track My Order" option on our site.

9. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

11.Order Cancellation Policy 🛑

At KNOT & NEEDLE, we value your time and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. If you need to cancel your order, please read our cancellation policy below:

🕒 Order Cancellation Window:

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 45 minute of placing them.
  2. After 45 minute, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.

📦 Already Shipped?

  1. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  2. In such cases, you may proceed with a exchange after receiving the wrong item (see our Refund Policy).

💰 Refund for Cancelled Orders:

  1. If your cancellation request is approved within the time frame, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  1. Customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
